Refund policy
1. Return and Exchange Policy
- At Divaa Jain, we specialise in high-quality fashion. As our products are often made-to-order or limited edition, all sales are final.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, styling preferences, or sizing issues.
- Please review our Size Chart carefully before making a purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
- Reporting Window: You must email us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Proof Required - Email: kaastaan.divaajain@gmail.com with your Order ID and clear photos and videos of the defect and the outer packaging.
- Resolution: Upon verification, we will process a replacement. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
3. Refunds
- In the event a refund is approved by Divaa Jain
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the claim is approved.
- Credit Method: The amount will be credited back to the original source of payment (Credit Card/Debit Card) used during the transaction.
- International Transactions: For international orders, the refunded amount may vary slightly depending on your bank’s current currency exchange rates. Divaa Jain is not responsible for currency fluctuation differences or bank processing fees.
4. Order Cancellations
- After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
5. International Customs & Duties
- Please note that for international shipments, import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- We cannot process refunds for items returned to us because the customer refused to pay custom duties.
